Health Insurance

We're always looking for ways to make mental health care more accessible in our community, and we're excited to share a new step in that direction. We've recently partnered with Alma, a trusted third-party billing platform, to help us accept one major commercial insurance plan. At this time, this partnership does not include Medicaid plans—but we’re continuing to explore additional options to expand access even further.

  • Aetna

For all other insurance providers, we are considered out-of-network, which means clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service. That said, many insurance plans will reimburse a significant portion of these fees. Our services often qualify for reimbursement through FSA and HSA accounts, and we gladly accept HSA/FSA cards as payment.

To make the process easier, we provide detailed monthly receipts (superbills) with all the information you'll need to submit a claim to your insurance provider. Coverage can vary, so it’s always a good idea to check directly with your insurance company. We've included a list of helpful questions below to guide your conversation with them!
